Making a purchase
Purchasing a product is very simple: Browse our online catalogue and click on the items you would like to buy and add to your shopping basket. Upon completion, you can direct contact us at 012 3000560 for shipping charges OR we will email/sms.

PRICES
We reserve the right to modify the prices from time to time

DELIVERY, RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We use PosLaju & courier services for our deliveries (as per your request) Cost of delivery is based on weight of order, delivery destination and speed of service
This is calculated once you have completed your selection.
Once your order is placed and confirmed we will dispatch your goods within 2 business days. You should expect to receive your goods within 1-5 business days after dispatch depending on delivery method. Orders placed on Friday/Sat/Sun will normally be processed an packed commencing the following Monday
Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the shipping process (except for defective items upon arrival, which will determined on case basis at our discretion) Please notify us within 7 working days. You need to return to us within 7 working days. Customer are responsible for cost of return postage. No cash refund unless if no stocks. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

ORDER REMINDERS
When an order is made but payment has not been completed, we will send a friendly reminder for payment. At this point, prior to payment, you can still modify or change your order. Order will be deleted if no response in 3 working days.
Please read & review our Terms & Cond before agree to purchase. You will not be able to cancel the order after pymt have been made.

For ORIGINAL PRODUCTS
For local orders you should receive your orders in 1-5 working days (after we receive the stocks from our suppliers). For overseas orders, we do not guarantee delivery faster than 3 weeks but most of our overseas shipments are reaching the destination in 9-10 working days. TAXES & DUTIES
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please Note (for ORIGINAL PRODUCTS): We do not keep any stocks with us so that we can provide our customers with fresh stocks, after we receive any orders, only then we will contact our suppliers. So please make an order in 3 weeks advance before your stock runs out.
